Oil Change in Texas City, TX at Take 5 #690

Jeff and the lower tech worked as a great team! They were knowledgeable and answered the few questions I had regarding the classic I drove in with they helped determine the best oil and the amount I needed since the classic Jeep CJ7 was a new purchase. I will continue to go back as long as those two are there. Keep up the good work Jeff

Orlando was absolutely spectacular helping me last minute with my state inspection. I’d driven to three other locations, one closed, another was unable to issue inspections for some reason, Valvoline the inspector had gone home already and this location was my last choice before getting back to Galveston. Great crew and a free bottle of water! And quick service!

I was there May 10th. It was a fabulous experience. The man at the computer explained everything to me. He was polite and professional. I was from out of town. I will find the one in my town. I have a new oil change place.

Sam, Sammy, and Orlando from this location do an amazing job at making me feel confident in my choices for the servicing of my car! They even talked me through the process of the dual lines and took away the feeling of possibly getting forgotten (because the other line moved faster yet I arrived first type of thing). I was not preoccupied with this but I know people sometimes get angry if this happens. Anywho, overall very good experience and will be going back for inspection and oil changes in the very near future! Thanks again yall!

I was kind of shocked at how expensive it was. I usually go to the dealership and my total at the end is about $80. Take 5 starts at $85.99. BUT.....Orlando was very knowledgeable and talked to me every step of the way in what they were doing to my car. He showed me how my filters were a disaster. By the time i drove off, i definitely felt a difference in my car. It made me feel comfortable in spending so much. Ill be back.
