My car started overheating so I got off on the first exit I came upon. I landed on the Alamo Take 5. They helped me out right away and explained to me that I needed a coolant exchange. My car has over 150,000 miles and I barely had any coolant left (I'm just a girl lol) which is why I couldn't have it just topped off. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I found it such a blessing to have my unexpected problem solved within 15 mins. The manager even gave me a discount. Thank you!
I stopped by Take 5 on February 10, 2026 for a last-minute oil change after putting it off for about a month, and I had an outstanding experience. Robert and Dante were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. They walked me through the entire process, clearly explained every step of what they were doing, and even showed me the coolant and air filter so I could better understand my vehicle’s condition.
Joe Lopez and his crew always do a great job whenever I service my vehicle there,. The staff is friendly,prompt, & professional! It’s always a pleasant and friendly atmosphere when I go.The location is very clean and well kept. Joe and his crew are very knowledgeable and always asking questions and willing to offer advice on all my vehicles needs. Definitely a five star experience in my book!
This was my first time using Take 5 services and was amazed at the meet and greet approach and the Manager Pete Garcia was amazing and inspected my vehicle throughly and made some suggestions that I never thought of to have done to my vehicle. The staff was awesome also, Pete explained everything to me that needed to be done to my car and even though it took longer then what I expected it was well worth it.All my vehicles will be serviced by Take 5.
