The guys are great! Very detail oriented and thorough! I appreciate that as they inspected all the services that came with my oil change, I was shown what was being added and switched out (filters, additive for gas tank and better performance etc) it made me feel secure and confident that the cost was worth it!
I made it there close to closing time. I drive a smart car, do most places don’t carry my oil filter so I bring my own. I asked them if I was too late or could they see me and they were so polite and friendly and yes we’ll take care of you. Once the vehicle was put in, they notice that they didn’t carry the oil I needed. One of the guys called O’Reillys and they had the oil. He went to purchase the oil for me an I reimbursed him. When starting one of the guys said the plug was stripped, another guy, the same one to get the old for me said I can get it. They got my oill changed and put my sticker in and offered me water. Those guys went above and beyond. I had a5 hour driver ahead of me paying that they would see me. They not only seen me but went above what they had to do for me.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Danny, the manager, did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was done quickly and correctly. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain the service and ensured my vehicle was well taken care of. The whole process was fast, convenient, and stress-free. Highly recommend this location—Danny and his team truly deliver 5-star service!
I had an excellent experience at 5 Minute Oil Change. I originally went in thinking my car had a specific issue, but Jose and the crew took the time to really listen and check things out. Instead of just doing what I asked, they gave honest guidance and explained that the problem might actually be something else — possibly related to the CVT fluid needing service.
