I like that it’s easy in and easy out I have been to take 5 several times for an oil change on my 2 cars and usually I am in and out in less Than 30 minutes. But I went a couple days a go and I was there for over an hours and I wasn’t in a line I was parked in the bay where you park to get your oil changed.
Amazing first time visit. Mel treated me honestly and respectfully. She was able to give me a wonderful deal and amazing discounts. I had oil changed and cabin filter change as well as purchase of new windshield wipers. They were fast and courteous and I will definitely be back.
The change was really quick. I didn’t have to step out of my vehicle at all for the oil change. The they checked my air filters wipers and where direct about how long until I needed to change my coolant, and my next oil change. They had great customer service and were able to work with my budget.
Honestly 5 stars cause they care about safety. I had went for an oil change after just getting my car running again (due to a small mechanic shop messing up my motor since they had put a thicker oil/damage to the engine head, pistons, bearings/$2-3k in damage). The guy gave me a water and checked my engine. He came back to my window and politely denied service. My mechanic had forgot to tape and organize some wires near my oil filter and they didn’t want to pop a wire so I did have to respect that. Will be returning when my wires are organized and my motor looks prettier lol. Perhaps for my AC too since I need it. That deny was very respectable because most shops would just work on it and if they popped a wire, they wouldn’t take accountability- even if they didn’t warn you on the chance. While it may have been a small inconvenience for me to have to wait a couple more days for an oil change, at least I wouldn’t have to wait years to get my car running again like the last time I got an oil change. Again, they do have my respect for that and I would highly recommend on just that interaction!
