I had a great experience at Take 5 yesterday. Antoine was incredibly helpful and took the time to listen when I explained that this was my first time bringing my car there. One thing that really stood out was how reassuring he was when I mentioned wanting to make sure my mom would be treated honestly and fairly when she brings the car in. He let me know he would add notes to my file with the vehicle information, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The service was quick, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back!
When I pulled up no one was in line, Phoenix quickly greeted me and provided a water bottle. I pulled into the garage and was probably out within 15 mins. I had them check my engine filter and he said it was dirty but could probably go a little longer which was honest of him. He could have charged me for a brand new one even though my current filter probably had at least 4k more miles before swapping. They remembered which oil I selected last time which was convenient. I had a 25% discount which lowered my cost by $25. As I was leaving I asked if he would reset my mileage and was happy to do it for me.
I had a great experience at Take 5! The whole process was quick, smooth, and super convenient—exactly what you want when you’re getting your oil changed. The staff was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. I stayed in my car the entire time, and they had me in and out in no time.
The service I received here was exceptional. The techs were both equally friendly and kind! There were two other people in line before me and they were in and out in a timely manner too! I will go back again and I will recommend others to do the same! :)
I hate being the that person that pulls up 30 mins before any business closes, but I did. David provided timely service with a great attitude. Also filled me in on a few things I need to look out for under the hood going forward, wasn't just trying to upsell me. Much appreciated guys!!!
