Brandon and his assisting team member turned my day around. . I pulled up nearly at closing time afraid they might not be able to get my oil change done and without hesitation they took care of my car! Once my car was assessed he came to find my filter was out of stock, gave me the option to go purchase the one needed and they’d hold my ticket open until I returned, once I returned with my filter my car was thoroughly taken care of and still out of the bay before closing time. Super fast and both men were very professional
Great experience with service (oil and oil filter change) and technicians. Knowledgeable and informative, my service was thoroughly explained and pricing was properly laid out. Service completed on my diesel truck promptly, and my 2 diesel fuel filters were also serviced at minimal cost. Thanks Take 5 for an excellent overall experience. William is great. I showed up early 7am. He was in a good mood. ZERO Negative attitude 😁 made my day ❗ THIS was my second stop, I went to the Arden location FIRST 😭 the employees at the Arden location had attitude and pretty negative were in a MOOD. The Arden location did not have my oil in stock, but I Thank God because I did not want to spend my hard earned money to feel like I was DISTURBING ANYONE. The North Bryant location was 1000 times BETTER ❗ The customer service here was amazing and the location had my oil in stock, I was not going to get a engine air filter, but after William showed me and was respectful, I changed my mind and bought a new air and was back on the road with in 15mins. (This was for my mother-in-law suv, I just moved from San Antonio. I have access to 3 automobiles, I just found my new oil change shop, I will be back to spend more money here)
The Guys Are Very Knowledgeable in what is going on with your vehicle and they are very honest and they also keep you informed of what they are doing and what is going on with the fluids in your vehicle 🚑🚜🚑🚜
I tried Take 5 because I was spending too much time at other places. I was very happy I went there. The people were friendly, expert and helpful. I was shown how the previous place I went to didn't replace the cover on my cabin filter. They left it in the glove compartment. I was out of there in fifteen minutes instead of the 2 hours I was spending everywhere else.
