Anyway, the service gentleman was very kind and explained it to me. I appreciate his honesty. I’m sold on Take 5 Oil Change being a first class operation. Thanks and see you in September.
Ricky did an awesome job didn’t need an oil change still had 4,000 miles left but did need coolant change they got it done and got my windshield clean very professional and kind definitely recommend this place will definitely be back.
The two ladies that took care of our car and changed the oil and everything was amazing. We really appreciated their courtesy and the respect during the time that they were changing our oil and the camaraderie that they had between the two of them. As professional as it gets. Highly recommended when an hour before close, helping me out with a smile on their face. Gave me a great price for a coolant flush with fresh coolant and an oil change. Spoke to the manager that was off and happened to show up. He explained to me what was going on with my heater in my car. Told me about a part I left there went to AutoZone and got the part he said. Put it on my car and it worked. Super knowledgeable people, very satisfied!
My son who goes to ASU had to have his oil changed, back in Oct. Normally, I, his Dad, do all the maintenance, but he wasn't available to come home. I had to change his oil today and was SUPER IMPRESSED, to find the oil drain plug and oil filter were not gorilla tightened. Both were properly torqued, which is unusual for oil change facilities. His technician, Shelby, deserves a high five and job well done!!! If Reese needs his oil changed in the future, I will remind him to ask for Shelby!
