Went to Take 5 over a week ago with one of my cars and because the "boss" took the scan codes for Military discount I paid full price and was not happy. The techs were great, but got put in a bad position. I returned yesterday with my truck and Jonathan remembered who I was and assured me that the issue was fixed. He was very professional and the fact that he remembered me and my vehicle was a plus and a sign of a quality employee. I've managed alot of employees and I would be proud to have an associate like this. Very impressed. I'll definitely keep coming back.
The team at the Red Oak, TX location was amazing. They all jumped on the car and work together. It was quick in and out. They all were so nice to me. They explained everything, they showed me proof of everything that they did, they even went to extra mile to verify if I needed that service through looking up my car on carfax because they didn’t want me to conduct a service if it was not needed yet. I would recommend this location to everyone. I’m not going anywhere else. They are my team. I don’t remember there names but they worked on 21Feb2026 and it was the night crew.
Super attentive and professional staff. Service was impressively fast. I really appreciated how the technician clearly explained whether a filter change was actually needed or not (in our case it wasn’t) and even showed us the filters during inspection. It felt honest and transparent. Easily the best experience I’ve had at a Take 5 Oil Change.
