I came in for a routine oil change, but honestly I was having a really rough day and not in the best headspace. What stood out to me wasn’t just how efficient and professional the crew was, but how imperfectly perfect human they were.
Wowwww, thoroughly impressed with the service here! Took longer than I'd have liked to get in (4 cars in line, so 40 minutes-which is normal!) but they are SO polite and honest. They checked everything in front of me and showed me, didn't try to upsell, and I got to see everything they were doing and they educated me as well! Is this like the chic-fil-a of oil changes or what?? Wesley even asked me if I had any questions before driving off. I sincerely appreciate y'all and will be back.
I finally saw a woman who looks like me doing oil changes! She was very helpful, letting me know that my oil was still good, I didn’t need to pay for a new oil change and I only needed to top it off. I was well over the mileage on my sticker and had no idea that the oil would still be good. 😊 I love honest people and the men would have just taken the money like they always do. Thanks for helping me save, because I need it for GAS!
The gentlemen working here have a great attitude and helpful customer service. I was greeted quickly and offered a cold water bottle on a hot day. Although this particular shop is still in the process of getting the license to perform state inspections, they were quick to point me towards one of the sister locations a few miles away. They were able to provide step by step directions and address to get me there all of the top of their head. Great customer service and a good friendly attitude, willing to help.
We were visiting from out of state and stopped for an oil change. Christian and the team did a great job informing and completed the process without any negative issues. We found out this location was under new management. Scott seemed to be leading by example. From the greeting and the offering of a cold water bottle we were given A1 service along the way. When in Texas... we'll be back.
