Isaiah and Eddie were great! Isaiah actually noticed the previous take five place we went to put the wrong air filter and he showed us the difference between both. I’m very thankful he caught this and replaced it for us. They also communicated and educated me on how low my coolant was. Good overall experience! Thank you I will be returning to this specific location!
The technician explain everything he was doing. I got a full service oil change, windshield wipers blades replaced and tires check. Yes he was professional and in detailing me at the time what he was doing everything. Oh one more thing i got my coolant drained and added new coolant. He was every professional in ever area of the car. My service went well. The technician professionalism was great on the job he did to my 2014 Chevrolet Impala LTZ. Thanks Take 5 for y'all service.
Tamala and Diego were great. They explained everything they were doing. I got the ultimate oil change. And they let me know my coolant wasn’t what it should be, more water than coolant. So I got that changed as I have some long drives in the future. They topped off all the fluids and checked the air pressure in my tires. I will definitely go to Take 5 again and I’ll recommend them to friends.
My experience was top notch on Wednesday, February 18th. I had gone to 2 other Take 5 Oil Change locations this day, but there was a line of cars waiting. At the location in Pantego, a stall was opened for me upon arrival. The staff there was welcoming, professional, and took good care of my needs. I was quoted a discounted price that wasn't outrageous for the 2 services I received. I mentioned that I was going out of town, so the technician made sure my tires were good, and all of the caps were secure. I was very pleased with the service. I had forgotten about this location before, I won't forget next time. This location will be my first stop for service next time. Thank you!
Isaiah took care of me. This is my 3rd maybe even 4th or 5th vehicle I’ve brought to this Take5 and they’ve always treated me well. As someone who works on cars but doesn’t care to do my own oil changes, I always double check the work after leaving. They haven’t left me disappointed.
