I stopped by Take 5 Oil Change for my state emissions inspection and honestly had a really great experience. Everything was super quick, I was in and out in under 20 minutes.
Top notch service. Bernardo and his team went above and beyond for me! From now on this is the only location I will go to for oil changes.
I want to give a big shout out to Devin. He was truly outstanding. I had a flat tire on the property and he came over to check on me and even brought me some water while I waited for roadside assistance. They were swamped and it took a while, but he never once made me feel like a burden.
Last time I was here I had a bad service. The person was fairly new and inexperienced. They cracked my engine air filter and told me not to worry about it and that it wouldn’t be a big deal if it was crack. Then when they replaced my cabin air filter they crushed it in there and it was all crumpled. Came back to the same location today and Bernardo helped me out. Gave me a water while I waited for my service to be done. I informed him about the last service I had and he informed me that that employee is no longer employed with them. He was so kind and VERY professional. Gave me a brand new engine filter free of charge and also gave me $25 off on my next coolant replacement. He is the new manager here at this location and I can tell just from the last time I was here to now that he has been working diligently on reshaping the atmosphere. I am definitely going to be coming back again for future services! Bernardo is the go to man and has gained my trust. He puts customers first!!
I went to Take 5 because I thought my car needed an oil change. The tech showed me that the oil level was still full and clear, therefore not necessary to change. I did need a new air filter though and had that replaced. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good honest place to go to and for great service 👍🏻
