Terrible experience! Will never return. 5/5/26 about 3:30 pm. White dude. Didn’t seem to know anything about wiper blades, and didn’t seem to care. Never asked for help from the other employee. Basically told me “oh well”. I was in a 2021 GMC Acadia. Claimed they only warranty wiper blades for “maybe a few days”, and I bought them there. Orange TX; 16th street. Never even looked at tire pressure or reset oil monitor. He said he transferred from the Vidor store. $200 for one wiper blade and an oil change.
I was trying to figure out where to go. For my oil change, and I decided to try take 5 in orange tx... and I couldn't have been happier. They were so friendly and helpful and fast. And it's now going to be my go 24 my next oil change. Every single person who worked there was helpful and knowledgeable and the whole experience was what I wish I could have with every interaction I have
Grace tended to me as soon as drove in. I also had communication with the manager. Quite nice to me, professional and courteous too. Before I drove away, Grace stopped me and informed me that I had two large gasket leaks and made sure I knew that before and left out of town this week, that would should come by and get a top off of my oil. Thanks to everyone at Take 5 Oil change, Orange TX!
The guys that did my oil change was so great and gave me all the information I needed and told me the information I didn’t know about the price was great and the service was excellent I’ll be going to take 5 from now on! !!
It was a stormy day raining really hard they came out into rain and took care of me and I was amazed on how professional the whole crew was. A tip of the hat to that awesome crew.
