I visited Take 5 for the first time this week. I have to say, I was highly impressed! To start with, I was able to get my oil changed without missing work. Considering that, the price really wasn’t bad. Lane and Joey were so helpful. They were apologetic for taking a little longer, but I assured them it was not a problem.
Amazing service! I had gotten well past due on my oil change and my car was overheating! They helped me with my oil change, but also went beyond to help get my radiator fluids etc cleaned out and refilled! They also offer any fluids top offs that may be needed between now and my next oil change date! How cool?!
I had a great experience at Take5. Melissa explained every detail to me to make sure I understood the complete process. Her professional disposition was warm and friendly. Her and Joseph worked very well together to complete the process and there teamwork was well noticed. Definitely will be usingTake5 in Vidor from here on out

Stopped at new Vidor TX location. Blake and Bryce took great care of us. Got oil change, new air filter, and coolant flush. Great customer service, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, answered all questions, and got us taken care of efficiently. It's also lovely to finally have a location closer to home. We'll definitely be visiting again!
