I love this place. Watching the employees work in tandem is amazing! They are kind, attentive, through, respectful and gracious. Yes, to their customers, but also to each other. The work environment is tough, i was there and it looked like they had 15 or more cars to service. They did it well!
Leo, Jacob, and Adrián were the best with customer service! They took care of me in the best way possible by offering me a water in the heat and talking me through the process of an oil change to make sure I got the best care. I had concerns about my cabin air filter and Jacob even pulled it out to show me it was in good condition. They even cleaned my windshield which I appreciated. Will be back for my next oil change. Keep up the great work guys!
This time at Take 5, I had a good experience getting my oil change. The guys were polite and informative and they got the job done efficiently! Thanks guys for a pleasant experience!! Because it’s always difficult guys and you never know what you gona get! Like a box of chocolates😂
I went in for an Oil change and was immediately assisted into a bay by Landon. I was greeted politely and felt comfortable about the work I needed done with the professionalism that was shown. I also interacted with Leo who I assume was the manager (if not I felt like he was). He was very professional and communicated well and thoroughly with the work being done insuring me of levels being full and even letting me know my air filter was still in great shape not pushing for a sell on a new one. What is big with me, was there was no use of foul language and that is big in my book considering I had kids with me. At the end of my service I was even offered water and I was in the bay and out the door in 5mins. My experience was a 10/10 and the Wadley location will be my designated location as long as guys like this are operating it.
They explained how it's a new computer system and it was a very first oil change in my Jeep. He told me everything they do and what comes with their work every time you get oil changes done. I'm very impressed at how knowledgeable they are and professional. Will keep coming back for my Jeep care.
