I went to get my oil changed yesterday and it was literally the best experience I’ve ever had at an oil change place. As soon as I pulled up the tech, Michael came up and greeted me with a great attitude. I pulled into the bay and told him what all I needed done and they changed out my oil, oil filter, air filter and cabin filter. Michael then noticed that the coolant in my car had probably never been changed (I just bought the car not long ago so I wasn’t sure if it had been done or not and there was no record on file for the vin) and offered to do a coolant flush with a discount since I was already getting the oil change. I gave the go ahead and this whole process took maybe 30 minutes. I was extremely pleased with the vibe, the overall experience and the quality of work. 10 out of 10 will definitely be going back there again!
Isaiah was my service writer and he did an excellent job on informing me of everything regarding my vehicle. His technicians did my tires, wiped my windshield, filled up my washer fluid, topped off my coolant and informed me of my other fluids. They were very helpful and informative. 11/10. Most definitely will go again
I hate going to take 5 because I always get terrible service but Today my wife went and did her oil change at she recieved excellent customer service and recommended Me to come and get my oil change and I did and Chris G and his supervisor are very informative and knowledgeable of what they are doing and included me in every step will be returning only to this Take 5 in Midland
