Sorry but after you serviced my vehicle it started missing and died on me multiple times. I drove it to my dealer and they ran a diagnostic on it and cylinders 2, 4, 5 and 6 were misfiring so I had to leave it. Today (Friday) the service manager called and stated that someone had not secured the air filter cover and that was what was causing the problem. I was relieved with this news but not happy with the service I received from Take 5. This all could have been avoided if technician would have fulfilled his duty.
Fantastic service and so pleased that Toby could complete so much in such a short amount of time. It is so refreshing to deal with someone like Toby who is so friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Amazing how fast he installed the AC filter. I am never going anywhere else for an oil change. Y’all are the best! Oh, great prices too!
Just got my oil changed and as usual, Take 5 took care of everything for me ! ! I used to go to the take 5 oil change place in Allen when I lived in the DFW metroplex and they give the same great service here as they do back home. They aired up my tires, topped off my fluids, and did it all with the friendliest, most professional and polite customer service. And a huge shout out to Abraham for taking care of me and being such a sweetheart! I recommend this place to everyone

Fast and very nice. They checked filters and made sure if I wanted to change them which I did. Small location and had one service door open but with my arrival opened a second. The turn in enter is before the bank as there is no access from the bank
