Man tbh this location is the probably the best one, had my oil changed back at home in college station only to find out I got scammed out of a oil change. . went to this location expecting the worst, maybe a oil leak in my engine. But that wasn’t the case. I was bone dry of oil. A guy named Mo helped me out and quickly resolved the issue. He could’ve told me that I needed an oil change, and I would’ve done it out of desperation. But the fact that he reassured me it wasn’t a leak or nothing major just lack of oil, gave me so much peace of mind. We need more god honest people in this world like mo. As real as one can b. Only charged me for the quarts he added enough to b at a safe level for travel.. I have a 8 hour drive btw I asked him if I needed more and he didn’t hesitate to tell me that I didn’t need anymore. Thank you mo for being so attentive and caring towards your customers. People like him have morals and a bright future ahead. I will strictly come back to this location just for mos outstanding service!
They did very well at this Location I thought they were very fast and when they changed my air filter, they noticed that the new one had a default and then went and got me another one and put it on and when I did not know how to get the oil a light to go off They came and showed me how to do that and I felt that they did not have to do that so therefore I’d give this one and A+ at this one
Always love the customer service here at Take 5! Never ever had a bad experience and I’ve been going to them for over 10 years now, usually for oil changes, cabin filter changes and the basic top offs. 10/10 recommend!
