Oil Change in Lubbock TX 79413 - Take 5 #444

Eddie and Dylan went above and beyond. Genuliy giving their best! What should of been just an oil change. I left and noticed my AC not cooling. Being a block away I receive a call from Eddie from Take5 asking if I'm okay. I informed him about my AC. He stated he seen a belt fall as I was leaving the lot. Being concerned he asked if I could turn back so they may inspect to confirm the belt came from my car. I did and it was the alternator belt missing. As they were attending other customers they worked calmly, professional and kindly taking care of everyone's needs. A 3rd employee also helped me. Im grateful not only for the service but these men have compassion to help. Take5 is blessed to have these amazing employees represent them. Thank you!

Not enough positive reviews are left behind. Thomas and Stephen did an amazing job with their service when it came to my issue in regards to the oil change. They explained to me what what the process was and helped me out with the situation. Thanks for this kind of service and just glad some people are out there who genuinely want to do their job. Their integrity with the work they were doing was what stood out. Loved it and wished more people were like this.

I have never been to a place to change my oil with more friendlier, respectful, and professional people before. I most definitely will go back to get my oil changed their. Everyone there were friendly and easy to talk to. They did a great job and completed quick as well. They checked everything even a filter I hadn't realized was behind the golvebox. I would most definitely recommend Everyone to go there.

This was my first visit for an oil change, but it is certainly NOT my last. The service was excellent. They changed the oil, but checked out other things on the car—filters, windshield wipers, etc. No hard sell. Just told and/or showed what they found. I have a rather modern car that warned me of my oil level. The service man knew how to “reset” it to 100 percent. The visit was fast and efficient. I will most certainly be back!

Despite some complications that occurred during my visit, the mistake was more than made up for, and we can't grow or learn without mistakes. Our lovely technician was new and learning :) and that should be rewarded. He was also going through a rough time, like many of us, and I was not about to make it worse. That helps nobody. While it was frustrating, a breather was taken and I reevaluated. I gave him a bread free of charge from my friend's baking business, an ear, and a hug to make sure he knew it was okay. The manager took us home and gave us the oil change and transmission refill free of charge, and got my car out first thing in the morning. And 50% the next visit. Mistakes happen. Take care of these workers. I'll be back :)
