They were very friendly and let me know exactly what they were doing. They offered extra services but did no pressure or trying to scare me into buying. There was a pretty long wait but only because they are popular..I was third in line. My oil change went pretty fast but they were also thorough. The only thing they forgot to do at the end was reset my oil change sensor, but I’m sure if I stop by, they will take care of it just fine.
I have read alot of bad reviews about the Take 5 in kilgore. I get my oil changed for free because I got my car from America's Car-Mart and Take 5 is on the list to go to. I took my chances and went, I was 100% satisfied. Zack and Jayson took care of me. Zack did show me other things I needed to change but did not push me to purchase anything. I did get a knew filter because I felt it needed it. Super sweet, didn't leave me out of anything they were doing and told me to come back when it needed another oil change. They will definitely be getting all business even when I have to pat I'm going to them. Great job Take 5 team for being kind and making my experience awesome!!
These guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional. . workspace was extremely clean and organized as well. I will most definitely bring all my vehicles here from here on out.. Thank you guys!!
Jason was very nice and he explained everything to me and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable got what I needed at the price I needed I can't thank him enough.
I got there around lunch so I had to wait for a couple in front of me, no problem, the price was given to me while I was waiting for the full synthetic at $82 , I got a $25 off coupon on line so that was comparable to say wallyworld, I saw that I was a 6 quart $14 add on and the bottom of the price list had a $6. 99 fee for who knows what , they checked my air filter, which was pretty well shot so I had it replaced, but eventually went with the $49 economy syn blend , with the coupon was what I was told for full synthetic, the guys were great, gave me a water bottle in line and showed me my air filter and the new one, all together with a coupon, I will go back again , since you just stay in your car, it's really pretty easy
