Oil Change in Katy, TX at Take 5 #555

I haven’t been to this location since my last oil change in December. The last time I went I had such a bad experience I actually thought about switching locations. But today due to time I went back and I met the new shop manager. He was AMAZINGLY helpful. I had been told for a few months I needed a coolant flush but I was always low on funds every time I showed up and only had enough for an oil change. Today I had a little more to work with and the new manager was able to help me take care of everything I needed in one service. Oil change. Coolant flush and new windshield wipers. I def appreciate him being polite and willing to work with me the whole process. Times are extremely hard as prices on everything continue to increase but I love when I come in and I get great service with a great price. I’ve been coming to this same shop for several years now. I def hope he continues to stay/ manager at this location. I believe his name was jimmy, at least that’s what my receipt shows… but if I’m wrong just know whoever the shop manager is is amazing as well as the staff he manages. See yall soon!

What a great team at this location! The Shop Msnsger and the staff were excellent and patient. I loved that they made me feel welcome and heard. I’m definitely coming back to this location in Katy, TX. The service was outstanding. The price is reasonable and with every penny. There’s always a coupon online, just sign up for the rewards program. And there are three levels for the oil change. You can manage the amount you pay.

I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to J. P who serviced my car. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. From the moment I pulled in, he walked me through the process, explained what my car needed (without trying to upsell unnecessarily) and answered all my questions with patience.

I absolutely love this Take 5 location. Jimmy is the manager, very nice! And I'm sorry that I don't know the names of the other gentlemen that performed the work on my vehicle, but they were both extremely courteous and welcoming. Even in extreme busyness, they all maintained they're professionalism, which speaks volumes. I frequent this location because they have such great customer service, and they always do an awesome job!

Awesome, quick service. Techs were patient when I had to reach out to family to get an update insurance card. Got me in shape and out the door expeditiously. My technician was also careful to announce when he was needing to access my seat/open my door/enter my personal space. Hes working on my car, its absolutely expected for those things, and would have been fine, but the courtesy of warning was welcome, and much appreciated
