I mean what can I say, Miguel was quick, polite, and serviced me and the gentleman behind us faster than our conversation about cars. I can tell he’s well versed in technology as he automatically knew where the odb port on my car as well as the car behind me without even glancing (mine is kinda hard to find). He’s quick with computers too. Very efficient and I was surprised how young he was as he carries himself with great humility. Good service good guy
My car was due for an oil change. I was confused about where I was gonna go. My husband kept emphasizing for me to go to take five I didn’t wanna go, but I went anyways got there. There were two nice young men there. Quan and Jabari they did a really good job had us in and out within 10 minutes. We sat in our car. They were very kind and respectful. It was great conversation. I guess that’s why we going to get my new oil changes. Thanks to you guys. y’all have a great day if y’all are looking for an oil change go to take five off of Mason Road. The young man who helped me was fantastic. I am not sure which one but all of them, Angel, Austin, Jimmy, Tru, treated me great. One thing that I really didn’t care for was the machine that I had to sign. The glass screen was broken and I was afraid that it would cut me. I have cancer and I was afraid that I could have gotten an infection and my immune system is very bad. Please get them replaced.
Great service from the manager Tru I went in the other day with my girlfriends car and he was extremely professional and funny I seen other customers upset because of the wait and he handled it very well it’s such a shame that people can’t be patient especially with the cold weather going on . The other techs however did not handle it well as far as attitude I hope they work on it if they had a name tag on I would have put there name , but 10/10 will return if tru and jimmy are there .
Went to get my oil changed tonight and the guys working were so nice (T and Austen),pulled up and he offered me a water while I was having my services done. Super easy process, Just pulled up and they took care of everything, even helped look up my car to make sure all my settings showed no safety notices before I left. They filled up my tires and cleaned my windshield.
