The people here are amazing, my car wouldn’t start when I was done and they helped me push it out of the bay and into the lot. Gave me water and checked up on me. Even tried to jump it so I could move it somewhere. They did not have to do any of this, they were very kind and understanding and made a bad situation feel a little more manageable. On top of that, they offer great service, I’ve never had a problem with an oil change, they always make sure everything is good to go. I 100% recommend this place, they have the best customer service I’ve seen.

Had a wonderful experience! From the moment that I pulled in, I was greeted with a nice cold bottle of water. All three individuals that I made contact with were very friendly and kind. They were thorough with explaining what they were doing and why. They showed me not only my air filter, but my windshield wiper blades along with the oil after the oil change had been completed. Not as an up sale but just looking out for my best interest and allowing me to make the most informed decision. It’s important to me that my vehicles are performing and running to the best of their abilities and I’m a firm believer that driving away I felt more confident than ever with the services they provided. The crew working that day were great! The shop closes at 8:00 pm; I called to ask if they will be able to fit me in if got there somewhere between 7:30-7:45. They said yeah it won’t be a problem. You know there are some businesses that close early. I got there at 7:33 and they were really nice. They did thorough work and got me out in a good amount of time. Would definitely recommend Take5.
