They made a great first impression. Everyone at Take 5 Oil Change was professional, courteous, and really informative. They did not just suggest services, they actually walked me through what they were doing, what I was seeing, and even what I was hearing. The whole experience felt very interactive and customer-focused.
Went for an oil change Sunday morning. Take five on parmer near impact. First one there so very fast service. Manny ran the show and was very professional knowledgeable and helpful. I go there every time for my oil change and was very happy with the experience. They even offered some bottled water while you’re waiting for 5 min! I give them 10 stars!!!
They were GREAT. I came in to get a standard oil change as a college student who has no clue about anything car-related. Ended up finding out I was sold a super messed up car, and no one told me! The staff were genuinely so chill and amazing. They walked me through everything and showed/explained to me what was wrong the whole way + are still helping me resolve the issues. I have absolutely no complaints. They were all very sweet.
I went there Friday February 20th after 7pm and was impressed by the 3 guys who serviced my vehicle as well as the Female manager who assisted me with prices. Full synthetic high mileage oil and a radiator flush under $300 I believe was a great deal, they were quick and thorough even showing me the oil level on my dipstick as well as the level of antifreeze in my radiator reservoir. I've been to other oil change spots that would try to upsell on things like air and cabin air filters when mine were new, I was given options and price points and wasn't lied to. To say the least, my experience was refreshing. I wish I knew all their names to give them proper acknowledgement and to thank them all once again. I'll be going back!!
Always a little nervous to try a new spot for any car maintenance, but I had a great experience here. The team was very clear, transparent about what they were doing, got confirmation before doing any work, and only offered me relevant services. To top it off they were nice and quick!
