Had a great experience getting my oil change done yesterday. Big thanks to Lashara, Charoy, and Vante for their professionalism and efficiency. They were friendly, quick, and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. It’s always nice to see a team that works well together and takes pride in what they do. The communication between staff members was absolute. Finally a place that makes you feel like family! Highly recommend!
The guys who helped me get 5 stars for being polite and having a great attitude. I was greeted immediately and they got right to the service. They didn't do everything that was included. They also didn't know how to reset the percentage counter and instructed me to look it up on YouTube. We both learned something that day! But after a few days it all made me question if they did any of it correctly! As a result, I'm so sure I'll never go back! Train all your people! It just makes better business sense!
The customer service from the take 5 employees at the braeswood and hilcroft location is top tier. Led by the manager who leads by example by showing exemplary customer service I was extremely impressed. The team was very helpful and professional. I went for an oil change and was upsold a radiator flush I definitely was in need of! The manager went above and beyond to ensure the service was properly performed. I will definitely be back.
The MOST helpful! I received an email regarding low oil pressure, the young gentleman, I didn’t get his name was very tentative then Rodrick came to assist to check my engine. He along with others looked over and discussed the situation. He put coolant in my car at no charge and advised that I take my car to a mechanic or the dealership. Rodrick didn’t want to sell me something that may not work even though my coolant needs servicing so he helped even for temporarily. Very kind and informative group of men. I will be back for oil change and other services they offer. Thanks!!
The mechanics were great! Very kind, attentive & knowledgeable! I forgot the 2 young men that helped me names but this was 4/2/26. They were patient with me as I was waiting on some things before I could pay and gave me more advice on my car. Definitely exceptional service 🙌🏼
