As soon as I arrived I was offered a cold bottle of water by a very friendly associate. I sat in my car and the technician immediately performed the Oil Change. I opted to have my State Inspection done too (didn’t know that was a service offered) and they gave me a $10 discount for doing both although I only had a $7 discount coupon. My car had been off the road for 10 months so my battery had been completely dead and a friend had bought me a new one. At first the technician couldn’t understand why I my car was failing the inspection but as soon as he got this info he knew that was the problem. Apparently, the car needs to be driven about 100miles in order for the brand new battery to recalibrate and pass the computer test. He was so helpful and told me to return within 15 days to try again for free. The fantastic thing was you stay in your car while they do the inspection too!!! Brilliant. I highly recommend the guys at the Hillcroft/Westheimer location.
I needed my first Emissions test so I was happy the guys at my favorite Take 5 could take care of me. As usual, they offered me a much appreciated bottle of water while I waited behind only one car in front of me.
The experience was smooth the guys were cool you can tell they're serious about what they do got some good laughs in. Can't complain Nicc & Jermaine serviced me well from start to finish no issues. Ran into a small issues and Jermaine helped me out seamlessly white glove service!
Jermaine talked me off the ledge from ordering my Shein stuff and got me right with my oil ,air and engine filters changed. He even went above the call of duty and got me some coupons. He was the great uncle I needed to help me to stay in budget 🫣
I’ve had my car for seven years now and I wouldn’t take it any where else…Great customer services and everyone is friendly…the cold water is the best part of my trip lol overall,best place for your car service.
