Had a great experience today with Linachel and Alejandro! They were both patient with me and helped me address a brewing coolant issue I wouldn't have noticed otherwise when I went in for my inspection and an oil change! Linachel especially made sure to explain what he was doing and gave me a timeline for when I'd need to have additional service done; he was very approachable and helped me feel comfortable throughout! Both were very professional and friendly, definitely recommend going to this location!
4. 21.26 Good bunch of guys here. Top notch!
Yesterday these guys were hustling to make sure customers were taken care of quickly! There were at least 6 cars being taken care of and these guys clearly had a system in place to make sure everything went smoothly. From the time that I pulled in to get my state inspection to the time that I pulled out couldn’t have been more than 15-20 minutes. Considering there were two other cars in front of me who also had state inspections! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I definitely will be back!
If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! I left Take 5 with some oil problems and in the same day Manager Kris took the time out of his day to go above and BEYOND to help me! It’s moments like this that you’re reminded there are good people out there that care and value their costumers, and make them feel like GUESTS! Kris, thank you for being that man who I know I can trust your business to handle not only my vehicle but everyone else I am recommending to come here!
