The 3 gentlemen that were working at 7:00PM on 05/01/2026 were absolutely amazing. I had to get an oil change after work because my “Low Engine Oil” light came on, but was weary on doing that to the technicians because it was pouring rain and less than an hour from closing on a Friday and I hate to do that to customer service workers. In spite of all that they fixed me up, filled all my tires, changed out my wiper blades, the works and no bad vibes the whole time. I don’t leave reviews often, but I was shocked by the outstanding customer service and enthusiasm by these guys. Cheers. Truly.
This morning after my workout, I stopped by W. Gray Take 5 location around 7 AM thinking I was overdue for an oil change because of the date on my sticker. I was immediately greeted with a warm smile from Ernesto, who took the time to check my information and explain that the date on my sticker was only for a fluid top-off—not my oil change.
Guys were very pleasant professional and kind. I can explain to me that he would be taking the information and that the other guy that was working on another truck would be doing my emissions. I noticed that they seem to be shorthanded, and so the short weight was not unpleasant at all because the guys were working and moving forward with the customers that were there to get help great team I guess people called out that day.
The two gentleman there on 4/28 were welcoming me in for service, wasn’t more than a minute idling before I was greeted. Technicians were very knowledgeable and kind in explaining service, products, and current promos. I was able to get my oil changed, inspection performed, and took advantage of a buy 1 get 1 free wiper blade sale.
Very efficient-quick! ! Everyone was so nice and attentive to getting my service completed. I was shown several services that I should consider but when I declined those that I did not go in to get at this time, it was no big deal which is extremely different than other places I’ve gotten my oil changed. The West Grey location is so convenient for me and without any drawbacks. The main draw is the employees who were all so polite, attentive and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this business
