The team was professional, friendly, and walked me through everything they were doing without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Take 5, all thanks to Edwin. I am genuinely so grateful for the level of care and effort he put into helping me. He was working completely on his own, yet still managed to deliver service that felt thoughtful, thorough, and unhurried.

I went in because my car sensor and sticker indicator showed I should. When the attendant checked, he said it was too soon and said I didn’t need to come in for quite a few more thousand miles and that I had been given the wrong sticker the time before. I appreciated the honesty and customer service. Had they wanted to make an extra buck, they could have easily changed my oil unnecessarily and I wouldn’t have known the difference. I also appreciated that they still topped off my fluids and checked my tire pressure.

Ruben was extremely helpful, and kind. The boys were great when it came to greeting me, and others, with a water bottle and a smile. Also us customers never got out of order. I asked Ruben not to check any of my filters or anything because I could only afford the oil change, and he respected my boundary, can’t say the same for other take 5 locations. Will for sure come back and hopefully have Ruben helping me next time as well!

I went to get my car inspected, was greeted with bottle water for wife and I, Scott the manager was awesome as was the other employees that was involved getting my car inspected, very professional and respectful, ya'll have a Great team, I live in Garland TX I'll go out of my way to visit again, thank you for the Great service.
