I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to EJ! I came in thinking I was overdue for an oil change, but he took the time to look up my history and explained that I still had about 2,000 miles left since my last premium service.
Everyone I came into contact with were great, I still hate spending the money lol, but they were great. The Scion failed the emissions test. They told me the OBD 11 coded the ECU not having enough information which he explained could be gas tank cap even replacing a battery could do this. He recommended driving 100 miles and it would probably reset and to come back and retest for free. I paid and remembered that this car sits a lot and that the light inside had been on for days and the battery was dead. I had also remembered that once I put a new battery in and I forgot to put a battery tender on it so it didn’t throw everything off and had the same thing happen when going to get inspected only then I was told to go through a series of start stop accelerate at specific speeds etc, which driving 100 miles will do, luckily I remembered that and googled it found that prescription for that car and went back and it passed. They were great at jogging my memory on that. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Returned to this location to resolve a previous over tightening and disservice from previous Management and staff (no longer there). Jordan and Micheal were able to kindly diagnosis and correct the issue, as well as provide complimentary checks. Although, the initial errors were not their fault, they quickly resolved to make right.. great work that was much appreciated. Thanks Jordan and Micheal!
