Went on a Friday mid-morning Crossroads TX location. The GM Jacob has a great running shop. Easy, took about 15ish min, congenial, efficient. I’m in my 50s and female and was not spoken to condescendingly. (If ya know, ya know)
Jacob was awesome! I’ve never had someone actually pay attention to when the cars get there at Take 5. There was a car who got there before me and another car and Jacob made sure to service them first which I agree with 100%. He brought out waters to cars as soon as they got there as well. This location was the best one I’ve been to by far. Even with only 2 of them working, they were moving as quick as they could. 100/10!!!
It was good but I paid $300 for a oil, filter and coolant fill, my Son was mad said they seen me coming. Anti freeze does not cost $100.00. He said do not go back there again. I feel bad because they were all so nice but I guess like he said I was a gullible woman and they sacked me in. Oh well, live and learn.
I came for a state inspection and when I turned off the truck it died. The staff went out of their way to try to help me get it started. They pushed the truck out of the bay for me. They went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be coming back.
The newly opened Take 5 in Cross Roads/Aubrey is phenomenal! !! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and immediately brought in for service. Every single person working there went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and also kept me informed on every step in my oil change. They were very thorough and careful with my truck too.
