I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change #429 in Frisco. when I went in for an emissions test on my car this morning. Special thanks to Jason Shackelford, the inspector, Clayton, the lead tech, and Michael, the assistant manager, for their excellent service. The team did an outstanding job—everything was quick and efficient. The customer service was top-notch; everyone was courteous, friendly, and made sure I was well taken care of throughout the visit. I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change for anyone needing an emissions test or other car services!
I had brain surgery last year. My memory for numbers specifically arent great yet. I appreciate the guys for being patient with my stumbling of words and me not remembering some things. The guy at the back door was friendly and didn't judge me for not remembering what I had to get done. Thank you to him :) The service was quick. I believe Justin (sorry if that's not the name) was the one that was very understanding and patient with me during the service My experience was great getting my inspection done. Definitely recommend them.
Had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change yesterday. From the moment I pulled in, the professionalism was evident. Jason, the manager, set the tone—sharp, attentive, and genuinely committed to customer service. The entire team was polite, courteous, and operated with precision and respect.
VERY courteous and professional crew. Did an excellent and speedy job fine while i waited in my car (was given a bottle of water) so I was able to see everything they were doing under the hood, showed me my own filters and didn't try sell me anything I didn't need like other places do especially if you are woman
I used to go to Valvoline to have my oil changed but once I went to Take 5 I was immediately a fan and never go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and nice and they do a good job. One time I went to have my oil changed and the technician came back and said your oil is still pretty clean you don't even need to change it for another 1500 miles or so. Like who does that that immediately solidified me as a customer.
