I was greeted immediately and with kindness. Offering me a water while I waited. Came up to the car several times to make sure I was aware of who was next. Very helpful and cheerful. The only draw back was they didn't not reset the light on my car bc he said it would have taken him foreved to figure out. I said no worries and left. But maybe they can train their employees with the different types of cars so they are aware and won't hold up the line trying to Google it. With that minor snafu I would still say GREAT FRIENDLY SERVICE
Was out of my normal area and needed an oil change on my truck so I brought my own oil, filter and drain plug to the Flour Bluff location and they performed the service and charged for labor only. Great bunch of workers. Very friendly and service was performed properly and efficiently. Highly recommended.
This oil change location is the best, they are always polite and ready with a bottle of water for you. They have always done a great job with my oil changes and very professional in the way they check everything is ready. I definitely recommend this location.
Five star earned! Everytime I visit the Take 5 in Flour Bluff I receive nothing less than the best customer service. Friendly interactions with the staff. Always recognizes military and veterans. Prices and are not bad compared to similar businesses. I leave satisfied everytime.
The guys in there were super nice. Arturo from the Take 5 on Waldron deserves a raise and honestly a promotion. He has great customer service skills and knew what he was doing. I definitely will be returning to that Take 5 next time I need something done on my car.
