Had a great experience with the location on Saratoga and Staples. They were busier than usual for a Sunday, but all three gentlemen on shift for that day were focused and got us all taken care of in a timely manner. Santos is the gentleman that walked me through my price options and additional services available (if needed). His customer service and knowledge of his work are exceptional. I’m only disappointed because I’m moving back to Chicago, and I know I won’t be receiving the same amazing service as I did down here. Thank you Take 5!
Yesterday I went to Take 5 Oil Change for the first time. I have a slight leak so my oil was running low and I needed a change. They provided amazing customer service and were very polite. The prices were reasonable for high mileage and they got me in and out quickly. Cameron answered any question I had and I was happy I chose to go with their company this time. I definitely will be choosing to go with them for my future oil changes.
Unbelievable customer service. The BEST hands down. The technician was so pleasant, gave anyone waiting in their cars water and made sure he explained everything that would be done BEFOREHAND...oil change, type and amount, if air filter was to be changed as well as the air conditioning filter. I needed all changed and was shown my dirty old filters too. He made sure I knew the charges ahead of time. He also checkwd tire pressure, fluid levels and was careful not to get any grease from his hands on my vehicle. I'm not sure of the young technician's name...I want to say Santo? This was my second visit in over a year. Thanks so much.
Thomas was great. He was kind and patient with me. My service light came on that morning and I took my care in thinking I might be due for an oil change. Turns out I was 50,000 miles over due for coolant change and was running on water vapor. I got my oil changed, my coolant tank emptied out and refilled and my filter change all under an hour. The men there were amazing.
I had been searching for a place here in town to take my car for an oil change after moving here from Kingsville…. and I’m glad I chose Take 5 as my first choice. I had purchased my own oil because a friend told me they didn’t carry my specific oil, but they actually do, so I’ll take note for future reference. Every interaction with the employees was delightful. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, and I left happy with my decision to take my car here. I will definitely be back for my next scheduled maintenance. No more waiting at other places for 2+ hours!
