Love this place. The lady that works at take 5 izzy was so sweet nice. Very respectful. They took care of everything I needed. Seeing her work like them men was amazing. Love it. I will be back and tell others about this certain take 5 off Garth rd. Honestly never been to an oil place like this one. They know what they are doing. It was late when I came in and she did an amazing service and job. Thank you. Please tell the lady I appreciate her helping me.
The manager Jordan and and technician Gage went above and beyond. They replaced missing clips from my Nissans splash guard and got me in close to closing. Offered me water topped off all the fluids. Went through their protocol very professionally. They did offer me upsell services but weren't overly pushy about it. Overall a really great experience.
Was serviced by 2 bad ass women! ! They had every single bay full. They were super fast, the lady with colored hair was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping me figure out what I needed. Ya know im just a girl trying to get my oil changed ( bc its wayyyy over due of course), I do not know much. Again she was so damn helpful. My kids were loud and a hot mess in the back seat and this girl stood at my window talking to me over my kids with a smile and so much grace. She even offered us some water. Will forever be going back. 10 stars. You ladies rock!!
Got there at 630 for an oil change and it took so long with only 2 people working at the time(which there should of been a couple more) we ended up not leaving until 8pm, thats an hour and a half which was way to long and my granddaughter ended up missing her dance class. The most I've ever waited from beginning to end is 15 maybe 20 min so I was very disappointed in the wait tome it took overall the employees were nice and did a great job
Staff is very friendly and offered water bottles to everyone that had visited the shop. The staff was very efficient on time with service not just mine but everyone i saw that had got there after me.
