Everything went well at this Take 5. The one on Garth Rd the lobby was hot, the air conditioning wasn’t working, no one would wait on me or acknowledge me. So I left. This Take 5 on Baker Rd was clean, cool, pleasant and I felt my business was wanted. When I need an oil change I will go back here for better and friendly service. You can round off your payment to honor scholarships for our Veterans family. That was great for me because my son was a Marine. Highly recommend and will return. Thank you.
Hi i took my 2026 Kia Forte for a oil change yesterday Monday May 11th 2026 and i Believe the persons name was Oscar he was very polite and asked me questions and explained and showed me everything he was going to do to my car 2016 Kia Forte, and he got my information properly and he did a great job im very satisfied with this place and worker Oscar he even showed me that my filter needed replacement and i did so, they Even offered us cold water bottle in the heat. I will go back for sure soon.
I had an excellent experience getting my oil change thanks to Santiago and Rodney. They were both professional, efficient, and very friendly from start to finish. They made sure everything was done quickly without cutting corners, and they took the time to explain what was being done, which I really appreciated. It’s not every day you come across such great customer service—these two definitely go above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Santiago and Rodney if you want top-notch service!
Manager was super friendly. Went in for inspection and the guy was getting off at 3. He asked him to stay over and finish me which he did. He apologized because the customer before me took longer than usual. Finished me and was super curteous while doing so. I apologized for having him stay over and he was like “mam it was my pleasure”.
I had an amazing experience! Oscar and Rodney were both incredibly friendly and kept the atmosphere fun with their jokes, which instantly made me feel comfortable. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and their positive energy really stood out. The customer service was truly top-notch—I’ll definitely be coming back.
