At first I thought I was being upsold, but Louis took time to physically show me the condition of the suggested replacement parts. Louis also took time out to thoroughly explain the necessity for his suggestions.
If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. I came in needing an oil change, as soon as I pulled up, I was greeted with amazing customer service. Felix did a fantastic job at helping me choose which oil change would fit my car best, resetting my oil odometer (neither I or Jiffy Lube could figure it out), and I was out in no time. Much better customer service than Jiffy Lube, I will be returning to this location for all future oil changes, shout out to Felix!
I always have the best experience at this location of Take 5! My maintenance light came on, and I took my car straight over to get checked out and was prepared to pay for an oil change. In my head, I thought it was a little sooner than I expected, but this car is still kind of new for me and I’ve also driven a little bit more than I have in the past so I thought OK let me just get this taken care of. Felix popped the hood and told me that my car was totally fine and that I shouldn’t need to get an oil change this soon. I told him my maintenance light came on, and he proceeded to explain it’s probably because my maintenance light wasn’t reset the last time I got an oil change. I asked him if he knew how to reset my maintenance light and he wasn’t sure, but he pulled out his phone and we looked at YouTube together and figured it out. Not only did Felix save me the cost of another oil change too soon, but he also cleaned my windshield, checked and topped off my air and didn’t charge me a penny for it. I will continue coming back to this location for service because they are honest and super helpful. Hoping Felix gets a bonus or some sort of promotion for his fantastic support!
I frequent this location since it’s very close to my house, and I honestly love coming here for my oil changes and state inspections. The team always makes me feel comfortable enough to come in alone without my fiancé or my dad. I never feel like they’re trying to sell me something I don’t need just because I’m a woman, which I really appreciate.
I love using this location of Take 5. They have the best customer service. Everyone is always efficient, communicative and very friendly, always using manners and attending to all the needs without being too pushy. I rarely enjoy getting my oil changed but this group makes it an enjoyable experience.
