Raymond and DJ provide great service - they were friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, I had an over tightening issue of the oil housing from the previous, different Take 5 location that lead to a complication and inability to replace my oil filter, but Raymond and DJ went above and beyond to address, compensated with other maintenance checks, and even vowed to do a complimentary followup service, should the previous location not be able to resolve. Highly recommend this Allen Take 5 location!
I have been helped by Landon twice now (and a few other associates but I don't remember their names) and both times have received kind and relatively fast customer service. I'm not sure if I actually received as much as a discount as one of the employees was claiming I was receiving on the air filter but the service made up for that. Thank you!
Got to the establishment first thing in the morning. Staff was courteous, and professional. Not pushy, or trying to upsell. I asked about checking everything, because I was taking a road trip that afternoon, so gentleman did so, and showed me what needed to be replaced and what could wait.

I went for oil change and car inspection. Excellent customer service and quick turnaround. They suggested things I could add to my car service without being pushy. When I asked them to check on the air and cabin air filters, they showed me there was no need to change one of them.
