Shop manager, Gee, and the entire staff were very friendly. The location was busy with a steady flow of cars coming in to be serviced. Gee and his team managed all customers in a timely and professional manner. When my turn came up, I was greeted in a very friendly fashion and never detected them feeling frustrated or rushed.
Came to get my state emissions test done for my registration around 11:30 today, was worried because I know they can get busy around lunch. However, I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Very quick service, every one I talked to was very polite and I didn't even have to get out of my car. The manager Gee, and unfortunately I didn't get the name of the other person who helped me, but both were very nice. Will definitely use this location again for state inspection services.
Octaveous is the man! Took care of my oil change, his co-worker and I were able to verify the oil i needed for my ole 92 Chevy S10. Great customer service and communication! One more thing...
Today I had the opportunity to be help by a nice guy (I forgot his name) but he was very knowledgeable and helpful, he answered all my questions. One of the things I know by fact is that he love country music! And drives a white truck!
The service here is definitely above and beyond any other oil change place I’ve been to. They’re super friendly, professional, they explain things to you, and they don’t try to upsell you on additional services. They are also great about giving you honest assessments of things like your wipers and air filters and fluid levels, but never feel pressured to get anything additional. They’re just the best place and I’m not good with names but the last crew that serviced my truck a few days ago was top notch!
