I’ve been coming to this location for about a a year and I’ve always had excellent service. Today I had the pleasure of charity servicing my vehicle and she informed me of the GMC recommendation to have my coolant flushed. I will have it completed in March here. Thank you for employing knowledgeable professionals.
The wait was very long because they were short staffed. Nobody greeted us for 30 minutes. Shannon had exceptional customer service, apologized, and took care of what we needed.
I have never left a google review, but by far the best quick service oil change I’ve gotten. It was actually quick on a Friday, and my attendant actually helped me save money by telling me how to get a coupon online. He asked at the end if I knew how to reset my service light on my car, I told him I could figure it out since he had already gone out of his way. He told me, “no, I’m not going to let you leave like that. Here, let me help” 10/10 Happy Holidays
