Want to give a big shout out to Jamison. Super sweet, polite n friendly. Wish there were more like him but I know working with the public can be very trying. My first time there and he was so sweet no pressure. Everything was quick and friendly. Got a free water, too. Jamison, keep going and don't quit. I pray you get promotion and that you keep moving forward. You have no idea how far you can go with your attitude. I can't thank you enough because that means so much especially in this world today. I will be praying for you.
I went in as soon as they opened. The first thing I saw was a man greeting me with a bottled water. He told me of the different packages I could take. Once I chose the package I wanted he got all my information that was needed. They also showed me the filters that desperately needed to be replaced with the ones they were going to replace them with. Within 15 minutes I was out of there. Will definitely go there again.
MASTERFUL MOISES! This young brother was groomed, professional courteous and kind. Thanks for not sagging your pants or talking slang. I feel bad that I didn't bite on your skillful upsell techniques. I will however reward your business as a repeat offender. Prophetically speaking you'd better keep Moises on deck and pay him his due otherwise he will start his own company one day and compete against Take 5 Oil. PROMOTE THIS YOUNG MAN!
Awesome experience! The service was fast, and the employees were extremely nice and helpful. Moises took time to explain what my car needed, and didn’t push other products like a lot of other service places do. Will definitely be returning any time I’m in the area and need a tune up. 11/10 would recommend!!
I had the wonderful experience of receiving help for my daughter who is a college student at Murray State. My daughter had her oil changed in Murray, KY before driving to Nashville to catch her flight. On her way she noticed her oil light came on. Keep in mind this was a brand new car she purchased in July 2025. She left her car at the airport and when she returned I knew she need to have her car looked at before traveling back to Murray. I called Take 5 and a wonderful lady by the name of Liz was so helpful as I explained her everything and that my daughter was headed that way. Liz not only solved the problem but she took care of my daughter and made sure that her journey back to Murray was safe. Liz sent pictures of what the other oil service place didn’t do correctly. Liz’s professionalism was a 10 out of 10 rating. Thank you so much Liz for taking care of my daughter.
