We got an oil change, wipers replaced, and coolant. I can not tell you how nice it was to not be pressured into trying to up sell. We were told the specials and then left so discuss it with my partner. He even told us the aid filter was fine. I highly recommend them especially Brennon. He was the most respectful young man. Will never use another oil change place.
Great service and even better customer service. They were training new employees but they never made me feel like I wasn’t a priority. Continued to keep me updated and didn’t pressure me into getting extra services. I will continue to go here for my oil changes. Great work guys, and thank you!
That Chloe girl is a keeper! She’s so funny and kind! She definitely made me feel more comfortable. I know this place is new so there were a few bumps along the way, but they asked for my feedback in person and i was honest! They also told me if i come in for a check up, they’ll top off up to 2quarts of oil for free! the drive thru placement or something about the way the lot of designed is kinda odd, but I’ll be back in any case. Especially for that free top-off!
First time customer and the staff took their time explaining the process while they were performing service on my car. I was greeted with a bottled water before the service began They showed me the oil stick before and after the service ask well as the oil cap. I love the perk that you can return anytime during a month to top fluids off and as well as air in my tires. Definitely recommend and will be returning.
Quick, polite, and professional. I have a Jeep Wrangler Sport they actually change the cab filter there was none in it the last four times I got my oil changed at different places they said they replaced my cab filter but apparently not because there wasn't a dang one in it.
