The service was good. They checked my fluids and air filter. My air filter needed changing gave me a fair price on that so I had it changed. Nick and Jessie were great. They were a little slow so they were standing out by the street. One of them was wearing a unicorn pool float. I saw that and thought to myself I have to have my oil changed here! They were great. I recommend service here.
Kudos to Ms. Chasity for the excellent service she gave. I am so proud to see a woman during this line of work, and she excel at it. I appreciate the honesty she provided. Everytime I go there for business, the employees are so polite, and have great business ethics. If you want to get your vehicle right with honest working people, please visit. These guys are amazing! I went in for a routine oil change and inspection and the team noticed a problem. After bringing it to my attention and noticing that another location (in TX) failed to perform a coolant flush but changed me anyway, these guys fixed the problem and made it right. Professional, helpful, curtious, quick, affordable, honest, trust worthy, kind, reliable, knowledgeable, reliable, friendly. Corporate stores could learn a thing or three from this location!
I wish I had the two gentleman’s names that helped me on 02/22/2026. For the first time in almost 5 years my cars dash said “get an oil change NOW!”. I freaked because it was late on a Saturday going into Sunday, my usual spots closed. So I found this place. I pulled in and they were astonished at how clean my oil was. And instead of charging me for an unnecessary change, said swing by in another 1000 miles or so and they’ll do it then. That’s honesty. And something you can’t teach. Bravo to them and best believe I’ll be back for that oil change and new coolant.
Quick and easy. Cody, Kevin, Oscar and two more guys did a great job on my 21 year old car. Oil change, radiator flush, new filters and windshield wipers - all in less than 30 minutes. Both my daughters plan to take their cars to the South Knoxville Take 5 and I will return.
