Oil Change Service Hitchcock Parkway

I've been to Take5 before, but it was a different location, and I was not impressed. However, this location got me straight and back on the road in no time. They offered additional services, but were not pushy about it. I appreciate that they actually checked my coolant and not just the coolant level because when I had the coolant flushed and filled during my last oil change at "Sp"iffy Lube, apparently they filled it with straight water and not 50/50. It was also nice to see a respectable military discount for veterans 🫡 hooah

Absolutely awesome staff , came out and greeted us in the car , gave the kiddos some juices and me and the partner some waters , were super curious the whole interaction. Very professional, even while servicing the vehicle. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a business where customer service is clearly a top priority. Will be going back for all oil changes, and I know how to change my own oil lol. Just because I've never had a more pleasant experience with an automotive business. Didn't try to sell me any additionals, simply outlined what I needed with options. 20/10 boss!

I had a really great experience at Take 5. The team was incredibly professional and genuinely kind from start to finish. They took the time to clearly explain what they were doing and what to expect next, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I never felt rushed or unsure—just confident that I was in good hands the entire time. It’s rare to come across that level of care and communication, and it definitely stood out.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how we are feeling today! We were washing our car at the car wash next to the Take 5 and somehow our car locked the doors half way through the wash with our keys, phones and wallets inside the car. We ventured over to the Take 5 to try and find a phone to use to call for some help and the general manager Scott and the other two employees (we unfortunately didn’t catch their names) who were working were so kind and extremely helpful! With no hesitation or questions asked they gave us a phone to use, gave waters for all of us and even fruit snacks for the kiddos! A horrible situation was made so much better thanks to these very kind people so thank you so much!

On Sunday morning, we took our 2010 Nissan Altima to the newly opened Take 5 Oil Change on the Aiken–Augusta Highway in Aiken, and we were truly impressed. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and even offered water while the team got started on our vehicle.
