Shoutout to David and his team at Take 5 Oil Change. They were incredibly friendly and efficient and went way beyond what I expected. Not only did they handle my vehicle with care but they were so thoughtful with my family. They even gave me a water bottle and made sure my kids were happy with Capri Suns and gummies. It is rare to find a place that is this fast but still pays such great attention to customer service and the little details. It was a pleasure having Davids crew work on my car and I will definitely be back.

My experience at the new Take 5 in North augusta was beyond excellent, I can’t lie the service might’ve been better then Chick-fil-A’s. The three guys on shift that made my experience so great was a dude named Willie , Matt, & Ethen. They were very friendly, informative, & quick. They kept me in the loop with all the things they noticed with my car while cracking some jokes with me brighting my day that was actually bad up until that point, despite me having a minor attitude they still made sure I was good & put a smile on my face & did exceptionally. I give them a 10/10 & would definitely go out my way to come back to this location to get a oil change 1000%, good job fellas yall deserve a raise!
This was the second time coming to this oil change ,one I was told they were out of mobile 1 but they magically had their brand I think this should be shared when you drive up not when your filter is off the car , also I think their system needs updating I have 2 cars that I take there and they can't find my other vehicle either with a name or email other than that service was great staff was very nice and respectful
