My experience as a first time customer here for a simple oil change. . Before I arrived I called ahead to see if they could fit me in and the GM Jared said they can have me in & out in 10 minutes as long as they have an open bay. He then offered me a 15% off coupon for being a first time customer.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The team was extremely polite, thorough, and efficient. They got my oil change done quickly without making me feel rushed. Everyone was very welcoming and made the whole process smooth and easy. It’s always nice to see a team that takes pride in their work and treats customers so kindly. I’ll definitely be coming back!
It's has always been a very speedy but accurate service. There are about 5 cars in our family and I bring them here for their oil change. You're typically greeted with a nice free ice cold water bottle. It's a small gesture but it's nice anyway, especially during summer. The techs there are very thorough and will try to suggest small quick fixes. Such as windshields, air filter(s), etc. However there has never been any pressure to purchase these items. Merely them informing you, you making the decision, and it being immediately respected. I've never experienced any pressure to nake a purchase. On top of that they accept readily available coupons and they also offer a 25% discount to all L.E. and F.R. Which is awesome! Pricing varies on oil/filter combo per vehicle, I'm guessing. There are 5 pricing levels if I am not mistaken. Overall it has always been a 5* experience, for me. They will always get my oil change business. Thank You All for your professional services. Stopped in a last night for an oil change. Alex and Logan were both kind, professional, and seemed very capable and knew what they were doing. I felt comfortable with them working on my vehicle. I do typically change my own wiper blades and air filters and they were honest about all being in good shape without trying to upsell anything. Oil change prices can be a bit high without coupons but I'll visit again. Take 5 has 2 excellent people in Logan and Alex.
Excellent experience here today, my husband and I were very impressed with the manager and his team. Very friendly, well spoken and efficient. Love the safety check at the end as well. We will be back here with our other vehicles in the future!
