Oil Change Service Cottman Ave

The two guys in NE Philly were very knowledgeable on cars, as they were explaining about dirty air filters and replacing one. The whole time we are inside of my truck while I’m getting a great oil change. This was one of the perks ( staying inside your car while receiving car services) that intrigued me to come and get my oil changed!! Victor helped us first along with the other mechanic who I think is named Michael gave me wonderful service!! I will return when my odometer reaches 50,000 miles lol 😂 I’m at 47,800!!!!!

Fabulous service! !! Leo and Desmond took time to explain my options and associated costs. Absolutely no pressure. They checked a million things and showed me what could be replaced, the costs, and whether it was necessary or just a suggestion. They also showed me exactly which filters they removed (yuck!) and they were charming and professional throughout the service. Definitely going beck to this location when it’s time for my next oil change!

ALL of the 3 young gentlemen that were there are professional and very knowledgeable, and provide their customers with a professional atmosphere. We were at TAKE 5 with our other vehicle the previous Saturday and because we were treated with professionalism, kindness and such a friendly experience we took our other vehicle there the very next Saturday and was treated exactly the same. Keep up the great work!

I was extremely impressed with the entire experience I had there at Take 5. I loved the professionalism and the hospitality they demonstrated. I also was impressed with the motivation and encouragement the supervisor/manager, who was training the young man that approached my car when I pulled up. I also think that with the way the supervisor/manager is running the operation, you’ll have an outstanding establishment. I was so impressed, that I’m considering taking my other car there to have the oil changed, instead of taking it to the dealership where I’ve been taking it for nearly 2 years.

The service techs that work at this location are always courteous, professional, and helpful at explaining what they’re doing - ensuring you know the steps they’re taking. I applaud the manager (I think he’s RJ) and his team - Brandon who’s the first person I met when I first went, and I met Goldman yesterday. Even though it’s a distance for me (about 25 minutes), that’s where I will continue to go because they do a great job not only service-wise, but also customer care.
