I only come to take five. It doesn’t matter the location. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. I know a lot of people hate when you get up sold on some things, but you know what you gotta take care of your car!!! They showed me that my coolant needed to be changed and it wasn’t just a gimmick, it really needed to be changed so I did it on the spot. they were even in the middle of training, a new guy which sometimes that can get in the way of the actual productivity and time you spend there, But not in this case everyone’s professional!
The whole group was awesome, Nina was the person that helped us out and needs her own shop. She was great and very knowledgeable about her job. She needs a shot to have a management position. Thank you Take 5 for hiring awesome people that take care of the customers. We will be going to see Nina and her team from now own. Take care of my team. There awesome!!!!
The 2 gentleman were absolutely WONDERFUL explained everything to me from start to finish. Hope they are still there when I go back n a yr hopefully prices will be much lower if not will have to go somewhere else. Plus, 1 thing yall really need to hire more ppl I had tried 3 different days to get my oil changed and then on sat I set told me how long it would be left came back an had to set for 45 minutes. BUT the 2 guys that were there on sat Jan 10th, 2026 were amazing very respectful and explained everything an I even going to tip them but bc of how much it was I couldn’t afford it an almost drove off but I needed the oil change right then bc I was leaving town.
TOP NOTCH! !!! This was my first time @Take 5 and I will be back to the Midwest City location. Their team work is unmatched and they were very thorough. 10 out of 10 hands down 😊
These guys did a great job and they even found some stuff that I did not realize I needed to get done on my coolant. But they got me all squared away and good to go.
