Oil Change in Choctaw, OK

First time to this place to get my oil changed. The customer service is spot on. The guys there worked together as a team, very friendly and explained everything they were doing. For me customer service speaks volumes in any line of work. I do feel that they were a little over priced, but what was charged is probably what it would be anywhere I went. I will be going back because of the great customer service and the way I was treated was very respectful. Great job guys, I’ll see you next time I need my oil changed. Keep up the great work.

Great service & very very much welcoming hospitality, he also explained something very important that I needed to know, I had a oil hose loose and he let me know that whoever changed my oil last didn’t put my hose on tight , he asked me had I been having a oil leak, no I haven’t but it was great to know that I had that issue going , he told me he would make sure it was righted before I left and he did , he asked who did my oil told him the take 5 on north May 👀, he politely apologized for them , he was a great guy I believe his name was Johnathan out in Choctaw off of 23rd in Okc

Far be it from me, to tell you where to take your higher mileage vehicle for a fast and friendly service, but as a first time visitor today, I can without any doubt guarantee that moving forward, I will be returning for my oil changes and mileage based services. Coming from years in automotive service and repairs, I absolutely knew that I would get the full and total run around on what I "needed", or what I "should do now instead of later". But Jonathan and Jerry both worked together quickly, politely, and with the absolute most professionalism I've seen in years, to make my first trip only the start of many. A huge thank you to the team for helping me stay on the road.

Stopped by for emergency service while on a cross country road trip. They took care of our problem quickly and made sure the car was ready for the rest of our journey. Couldn't have asked for better courtesy and service.

The crew was amazing! I pulled in with a HOT engine, not due to oil… they were able to find the problem quickly, John explained what the problem was and what needed to be done… explained every detail of everything they did… showed me the before and after fluids. And although I told Savon(Seaven) (sorry not sure which) that he needen’t bother washing my horrible bug ridden windshield because I was running next door to get a car wash… He said it would NOT get as clean as he would get it… I said okay… the next thing I know… I have the cleanest windshield I ever had!!! Beautiful! Not even an hint of a bug or a streak!
