Oil Change in Youngstown OH 44515 - Take 5 #739

Went in earlier today for an oil change and wiper blades. Marcial, Emily and Drew were there and took the best care of me and my work van. Even pointed out problems I didn't know were really there. Emily remembered me before even putting in the vehicle info from previous visits. They got me in and out of there pretty quick. They also make stopping for an oil change a "good time" instead of "ugh I need an oil change" kind of time. I'll be back again and soon with my personal car.

I had driven my car up from Columbus where I had my first experience with a take 5 shop for an oil change. A few days later I noticed a HUGE puddle of oil when I pulled out of a parking spot that my car was in for about 15 mins. I immediately called customer service and was told corporate management would get ahold of me. Hours went by… nothing. It was getting late and since the oil was pouring out so quick I decided to head to the Take 5 Austintown location where I met their awesome Manager(Emily) and her team(Andrew, Ben and Jasmine) where they checked my vehicle and immediately started checking my oil service. Emily noticed an active leak and checked the drain plug with Andrew where they noticed an over torqued gasket and they also noticed the wrong oil was in my car. Ben and Jasmine also assisted and the entire team was good conversation. I can’t thank Emily and her team enough for going far above and beyond to correct this almost catastrophic issue. It took several days for anybody to reach back out to me from customer service. If I left the car as is I would absolutely have been dry on the oil and had no vehicle. So I thank you Austintown Take 5 team… Emily is awesome and knows how to correct an issue even when her team wasn’t the cause of it.

For my last 4 oil changes I have went to the Austintown location. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. My first visit, they made sure to not only take care of my vehicle but found the best coupon for my service that day. Upon my return, to top off fluids for free and ask a few questions, I was greeted and treated with the same kindness as my first time. This crew is exceptional with customer service and will have my return visits! Update that to my 3rd visit and not only are they still providing excellent service but they go out of their way to also interact with you. Customer service is a priority.

I just went there today, drew and Emily did a fantastic job. They were very detailed about their work and told me about all the options of what I can get. I ended up getting everything that they were able to do and through the whole process, they were letting me know what was getting done. And they were showing me the new parts that were going into my vehicle. One of the best oil change services I have ever had. good job you guys well done. Even though I am forty minutes from this location, I will come back here with my other vehicle.And get an oil change with that one too.

Always a pleasure going to this specific Take 5! Always treated with respect and served with a smile. The team is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The complimentary services are always appreciated. Plus they love my Husky who always occupies the backseat! My car will only ever be serviced by this team. You raised a killer team, Frank!
