Oil Change Service Youngstown Warren Rd

I was pleasantly surprised at how early they open, it's hard to find places on my schedule. The service technicians were polite, friendly and worked well together. They also asked if I needed my differential done, which most places don't ask. Turns out that I had been wanting to do this for some time and forgot about doing it.

Hi my name is Diana Tomlin and I recently came to take five oil change and when I say these three guys were awesome they were awesome, very friendly very knowledgeable very helpful I would absolutely recommend everyone to go there I hope the company realizes the great employees that they have in these three men. Thanks again guys I know Ryan is one of them I don't remember the other two's name but they were awesome. And to be honest their prices are very reasonable, a lot of their competition is much more expensive. So great customer service and great prices can't beat it

Gavin & Ryan, gave me Top 5 customer service this a. m., explaining everything as they went about working and very compassionate when I started crying because sometimes just taking care of the basic things in life are hard and you need to get filters and things changed that you didn't even know but they made it easy for me and I left with a smile and my car very well taken care of. These two young men deserve a handclap and more than that.

Even though I waited about a 1/2 hour maybe a little longer, I was so very impressed with the professionalism these young men took doing their jobs! ! They brought me out a bottled water while I waited (very sweet) and once I got in the bay I just enjoyed each of their different personalities!! I got a few extra things done which they showed me how bad my air filter was (original one from 2008) and even replaced my cabin air filter for me!! All of which I was charged for but they told me to download a couple coupons to get $ off my purchase! I’ll most def be back to join Ryan and Steve and the other kind young men!!

Finally needed an oil change and decided to try out the brand new location they just opened up in Niles. I’ve been to other locations (which weren’t bad by any means), but the 2 employees at this particular one were very friendly and polite. The guy working the register went above and beyond explaining what each service entailed (even showing me what my air filter looked like and my current coolant levels). He also went out of his way to find me a digital coupon to help me save some $$$ (ended up saving 25$ which was nice cuz every little bit helps in this current economy). I let them know right off the bat that I only intended to get an oil change and they respected that and weren’t overly pushy about offering any of the add on services which was greatly appreciated cuz I hate when sales people try to sell me anything extra. The only bad thing I would have to say about this particular location (Niles, OH corner of 422 and 46) is where it’s located. It’s on a very busy corner which can make it difficult to get into and out of, but other than that I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing an oil change done quickly. I will be stopping there again in the future. 5/5
